Manhattan buildings

Built for the buildings we work in

Manhattan work happens inside some of the city’s most demanding buildings, usually specified down to the last reveal and finish.

Prewar co-ops & apartments

Generous rooms, narrow kitchens, plaster walls and radiators. Millwork is sized to the real room and planned around risers that can’t move.

Lofts & conversions

Tall ceilings, columns and open plans in Tribeca, SoHo and NoHo that call for full-height storage and built-ins that define rooms.

New condominiums

Efficient layouts where custom kitchens and closets replace standard fit-outs, delivered to strict service-elevator windows.

Offices & workspaces

Wall displays, shelving and millwork built to the drawings and schedule of a commercial fit-out, aligned with the general contractor’s sequencing.
