Custom Millwork & Cabinetry in Brooklyn

Brooklyn is where we build everything. Our shop is in Industry City, so brownstones, lofts, new condos and workspaces across the borough are a short drive from the production floor.

Brooklyn buildings

From brownstones to new towers

Landmarked rowhouse blocks sit a few stops from converted factories and new condominiums, and each asks something different of its cabinetry.

Brownstones & rowhouses

Narrow, deep floors, tall parlor ceilings and walls that have settled over a century, in Park Slope, Brooklyn Heights, Fort Greene and Bed-Stuy.

Lofts & conversions

Former factories and warehouses in Williamsburg, DUMBO and Gowanus, with high ceilings and open plans that suit full-height storage.

New condos & rentals

Towers along the waterfront and in Downtown Brooklyn, where custom kitchens and closets replace standard fit-outs.

Studios & workspaces

Restaurants, retail, creative offices and studios that favor detail-driven millwork and wall displays over a corporate fit-out.

Planning

Planning millwork in a Brooklyn home

  • Stoops, narrow halls and stair turns; tall units can be built in sections
  • Out-of-level floors and walls in older rowhouses
  • Alteration agreements and elevator bookings in co-ops and condos
  • Finish samples reviewed in person at the Industry City shop

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Where exactly is your shop?

At 4014 1st Avenue in Industry City, Brooklyn. Most Brooklyn jobsites are a short drive away.

Does being in Brooklyn change how a project runs?

It shortens the distance between the shop and the jobsite, so field questions get answered faster and finishes can be reviewed in person before delivery.

Can you build for a brownstone with no closets?

Yes. Closets and wardrobes are built from scratch for the room, fitted around windows, fireplaces and walls that are not straight.

Do you build for Brooklyn restaurants, shops and studios?

Yes. Wall displays, shelving and millwork are built to the fit-out drawings and coordinated with the designer or contractor.

Do you work with Brooklyn architects and designers?

Yes. We fabricate to the drawings and specifications provided by the project’s architect, designer or contractor.
