Chelsea buildings

Built for Chelsea’s buildings

Chelsea mixes 19th-century rowhouses, converted industrial lofts near the High Line and newer glass condominiums, and each needs a different approach.

Rowhouses & brownstones

Townhouses in the Chelsea Historic District, with narrow stairs and original details, where every piece is sized to get through the front door and up the stairs.

Loft conversions

Former warehouse and manufacturing buildings in West Chelsea with tall ceilings, columns and open plans that suit full-height built-ins and room-dividing storage.

New condominiums

Recent buildings along the High Line and the West Side, where custom closets and kitchens replace standard fit-outs and work follows strict building schedules.

Galleries & showrooms

Commercial spaces in West Chelsea that need wall displays, shelving and millwork built to the fit-out drawings and timeline.
