Long Island homes

Built for Long Island houses

Long Island projects are mostly single-family houses, where rooms, ceiling heights and delivery access differ from a city apartment.

Colonials & Tudors

Older North Shore houses in towns like Great Neck, Manhasset and Port Washington, where built-ins are fitted to plaster walls, original trim and rooms that are rarely square.

New & rebuilt houses

New construction and full renovations with open kitchens, double-height rooms and dressing rooms that suit full-height storage and walk-in closets.

East End homes

Summer and year-round houses on the South and North Forks, where millwork is often timed to a seasonal move-in date.

Shops & offices

Retail fit-outs, showrooms and offices along the commercial corridors, with wall displays and shelving built to the fit-out drawings.
