Staten Island homes

Built for Staten Island houses

Most Staten Island projects are private homes, where cabinetry, closets and built-ins are part of a renovation or a new interior.

Victorian & older houses

Houses around St. George, Stapleton and Tottenville with tall rooms, original trim and walls that are rarely square.

Large detached houses

Homes on Todt Hill and in the island’s hillier neighborhoods, with open kitchens, dressing rooms and full-height storage.

Suburban houses

Detached and semi-detached houses in New Dorp, Great Kills, Eltingville and Huguenot, often reworked room by room.

Shops & offices

A smaller share of commercial work, with wall displays and millwork built to the fit-out drawings.

Planning

Planning millwork for a Staten Island house

  • Delivery across the harbor scheduled in advance
  • Driveway access and the route into the house
  • Final measurements once walls and floors are in
  • Working with your contractor, designer or directly with you

How a project runs

From drawings to delivery

  1. Project review

Send drawings, photos or a description of the space and what you need.

  2. Dimensions & selections

Measurements, materials and product selections are confirmed before anything is made.

  3. Fabrication & preparation

Millwork and aluminum systems are built in our Brooklyn shop; fireplaces are ordered to your selection.

  4. Delivery & installation coordination

Staten Island deliveries are a longer trip, so the delivery day is booked early and installation is coordinated with your contractor or installation team.

Yes. We build to drawings or specifications from a designer or contractor, or from a homeowner working directly with us.

How is delivery to Staten Island handled?

What do you build for Staten Island homes?

Custom cabinetry and built-ins, walk-in closets, German kitchen cabinets, aluminum & glass doors and shelves, and Planika bioethanol fireplaces.
