Custom Millwork & Cabinetry in Williamsburg

Williamsburg mixes converted factory lofts, waterfront condominium towers and older walk-ups, and each asks something different of its cabinetry. We build kitchens, closets, glass cabinet doors and wall displays for them in Industry City.

Williamsburg buildings

Built for lofts, new condos and walk-ups

Converted warehouses and factories now hold lofts, offices and studios; since the 2005 waterfront rezoning, towers have gone up along the East River.

Factory lofts

Height and open space to use, with walls that are rarely straight once the finishes are on.

Waterfront towers

New condominiums where a standard kitchen or closet is replaced with one built for the owner, following building rules for contractors.

Walk-ups & rowhouses

Compact apartments where storage uses the full wall height and every inch of depth.

Studios & workspaces

Home offices and commercial workspaces that suit wall displays with shelving and integrated LED lighting.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can you replace the standard kitchen or closets in a new condo?

Yes. We build custom kitchens, closets and built-ins to the measurements of your unit and plan delivery and installation around your building’s rules.

Do you build wall displays for workspaces?

Yes. Wall display systems combine shelving, display units and storage in aluminum, glass, wood and stone with integrated LED lighting.

What glass options are there for cabinet doors?

Clear, frosted, tinted and textured glass, with a range of aluminum frame finishes.

Can you build for a rental apartment?

Yes, once your landlord confirms what can be installed. Freestanding wardrobes and storage are often the simplest option.
