Port Washington homes
Built for Port Washington houses
Port Washington covers the Manhasset Neck peninsula, from the older village streets near Main Street and the train station to waterfront and estate-area houses toward Sands Point.
Colonials & Tudors
Early 20th-century houses in Baxter Estates, Port Washington North and the older village streets, where kitchens, mudrooms and libraries are reworked around original trim and plaster walls.
Waterfront houses
Houses along Manhasset Bay and Hempstead Harbor, where salt air and big windows make material and hardware choices for cabinetry and closets worth planning early.
New & rebuilt houses
Teardowns and full renovations with open kitchens, double-height family rooms and primary suites that suit walk-in closets and full-height storage.
Condos & townhouses
Condominiums and townhouse developments near the LIRR station and the harbor, where custom closets and kitchens replace builder-grade fit-outs.
What we build
What we build for Port Washington homes
Most Port Washington projects are whole-house renovations or new builds, where millwork is planned room by room with the builder or architect.

Custom Millwork
Kitchen cabinetry, mudroom lockers, libraries, vanities and paneling, built to the shop drawings and fitted to older walls or new framing.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do you deliver to Port Washington?
Yes. Pieces are built in our shop in Industry City, Brooklyn, and delivered by truck on a scheduled day, usually straight to the driveway. Installation is coordinated with your contractor or installation team.
Can you build for a house that is still under construction?
Yes. We work from your architect’s or builder’s drawings, confirm final measurements once walls and floors are in, and time fabrication to the construction schedule.
What suits a waterfront house on Manhasset Bay?
Custom kitchens, built-ins and aluminum & glass closets all work well. Salt air and strong sun are discussed during selections so materials and finishes suit the room.
