Manhasset homes
Built for Manhasset houses
Manhasset is mostly single-family houses on the North Shore, from planned prewar neighborhoods to waterfront lots and houses rebuilt on older footprints.
Prewar colonials & Tudors
Older houses in neighborhoods like Strathmore and Plandome, where kitchens and dressing rooms are reworked inside existing walls and built-ins are scribed to plaster and original trim.
Rebuilt & new houses
Houses rebuilt or substantially enlarged, with open kitchens, tall great rooms and primary suites that call for full walk-in closets and full-height cabinetry.
Waterfront properties
Houses near Manhasset Bay where large windows, views and seasonal humidity shape where storage goes and which materials and finishes are chosen.
Shops along Northern Boulevard
Retail and office spaces on the commercial strip, where display walls, shelving and fitted millwork follow the fit-out drawings and opening date.
