Frequently asked questions
Do you serve Todt Hill and the rest of Staten Island?
Yes. We build for houses on Todt Hill and across Staten Island from our shop in Industry City, Brooklyn, on the Brooklyn side of the Verrazzano Bridge.
How does delivery work on a gated or private road?
Pieces are built in our shop and delivered by truck on a scheduled day. Gate access, the route up the hill and where the truck can stop are agreed with you or your contractor beforehand.
Can you build walk-in closets and dressing rooms?
Yes. Walk-in closets can be built in wood millwork or on aluminum framing with glass doors, drawers and lit shelves, to the room’s measurements and your drawings.
Can you work from my architect’s drawings for a new house?
Yes. We fabricate to the drawings and specifications your architect or builder provides, confirm final measurements once walls and floors are in, and time fabrication to the build schedule.
