Bronxville homes
Built for Bronxville’s houses and apartments
Bronxville is a compact village just north of the Bronx line, where early 20th-century houses sit a few blocks from prewar apartment buildings around the train station. The two need very different planning.
Tudor & stone houses
Half-timbered and stone Tudor revival houses with leaded windows, beamed ceilings and plaster walls, where bookcases and window seats are scribed to walls and trim that have moved over a century.
Lawrence Park hillside homes
Older houses on the steep, winding streets of the Lawrence Park area, with irregular rooms, sloped lots and long front walks that shape how pieces are sized and carried in.
Prewar co-op apartments
Elevator buildings near the village center and the station, run by co-op boards, where kitchens and closets follow an approved alteration and fit the service elevator.
Renovated & expanded houses
Houses that have been opened up or added onto, with new kitchens, mudrooms off the driveway and primary suites that suit full-height storage and walk-in closets.
What we build
What we build for Bronxville homes
Older Bronxville houses tend to call for millwork that matches their original detailing, while co-op apartments make the most of every wall. All three of our lines fit, for different reasons.

Custom Millwork
Libraries, window seats, paneled studies and kitchen cabinetry, built to site measurements so they sit tight against plaster walls and original trim in Tudor-era rooms.
Custom Millwork
Aluminum & Glass Systems
Aluminum-framed glass closets, cabinet doors and lit shelves for dressing rooms and co-op bedrooms, built in our shop as modular units that travel well through narrow halls.
Aluminum & Glass Systems
Indoor Fireplace Systems
Planika bioethanol fireplaces need no chimney or gas line, an option for apartments and rooms without a working flue. Room size, air circulation and clearances vary by model.
Fireplace SystemsAluminum & glass systems: cabinet doors, modular closets, wall displays and glass shelves.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do you build for Bronxville co-op apartments?
Yes. We build to the drawings your board approves and plan delivery around the building’s service elevator, loading times and permitted work hours.
Can built-ins be matched to an older Tudor house?
Yes. Pieces are built to final site measurements and your drawings, so profiles, panels and finishes can be planned to sit with the house’s existing trim and walls.
How do pieces get to a Bronxville house?
Everything is built in our Brooklyn shop and delivered by truck on a scheduled day. On hillside lots, pieces are sized for the front walk, steps and stairs, and installation is coordinated with your contractor or installation team.
